The drum, made of stainless steel, is designed for durability and long-term performance.

The electrical heating system is simple to operate and easy to maintain. It offers precise temperature control, adjustable from ambient temperature up to 65°C with an accuracy of ±1°C, making it suitable for a wide range of processing needs.

We incorporate an intelligent controller or PLC touchscreen with a frequency conversion function, enabling automatic rotation with features such as forward and reverse directions, intermittent shutdown or single-direction rotation.

The chain and chain wheel are engineered for smooth operation with low vibration and minimal noise, ensuring long-term reliability with infrequent maintenance needs.

The drum is equipped with toughened glass at its end, providing a clear view of the internal tensioning condition. This glass offers exceptional resistance to mechanical shock, thermal shock, deformation, and color change. Additionally, our system includes a comprehensive safety protection setup, featuring a protective cover and door with an electromechanical interlocking device to ensure safe operation. This drum is certified with the European CE safety standard.
