Since the late 1960’s we have developed continuously our Master Software and Technology taking advantage of the latest developments on the market. Our brand new M6 Master is the 6th full version built with latest technology enabling us to take all advantages of today’s web based technology. Principal of our Master/Slave hierarchy is unchanged since the very first M1/Computan version. All recipes, all information on chemicals and other important information are done in the Master computer which then downloads the recipes to be executed to the Slave/PLC level.

Visualization and Data Integration System.

Aquamix is standalone product version located near the mixing battery. AQ is used for mixing of cold and hot water to a desired temperature and for measuring the amount of added water. Approximately the desired temperature is reached in 5-10 seconds, temperature tolerance +/- 1 °C. Touch color screen placed on cabinet allows to control and to supervise the system. AQ is easily extendible for control of water addition to any number of drums (Standard 8 … 16 drums). Easily exchangeable PLC in case of a system failure. Software which can be extended with additional features to AQUAMIX/PRODODOS and any number of satellites.​
